BIOGRAPHY

Jon Rabin is a shareholder who defends employers and health care organizations in litigation and consults with them in human resource and labor relations matters. He regularly represents them in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters such as employment discrimination and retaliation cases, class and collective actions, false claims disputes and commercial and reimbursement litigation. Jon brings a wealth of knowledge in employment and labor law, including for example the duty to accommodate disabled workers, discipline and discharge, employee leaves of absence, wage and hour matters and the collective bargaining process. He offers practical legal advice to health care and other employers in personnel matters and conducts sensitive workplace investigations. Jon frequently writes and presents on a variety of employment law topics. When away from the office, Jon is probably working with his youngest daughter on crafts or otherwise doing what she tells him to do.
