Charlotte M. Fillenwarth



Charlotte Fillenwarth focuses her legal practice in the area of business immigration by assisting clients in the preparation of J-1 Waivers, National Interest Waivers, H-1B Petitions, O-1 Petitions, P-1 Petitions, Trade NAFTA Work Authorization and Permanent Residency Applications.  She also provides counseling on various immigration issues including I-9 and E-verify Compliance.  Charlotte received her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she also served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review.

Charlotte is a contributor to Hall Render's HR Insights for Health Care Blog, which focuses on a wide range of current labor and employment topics of interest to the Human Resources professional.
