Charise R. Frazier


Charise R. Frazier is a partner in the Indianapolis office of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C.  She concentrates her practice in the area of health law working on various issues including, but not limited to, clinical services and patient care issues, compliance counsel, behavioral health and mental health issues, data and records management, electronic health records, HIPAA privacy and security, security breach compliance, licensing and accreditation, medical staff organization and structure, mergers and acquisitions, patient safety, physician alignment, physician group practices and professional licensure issues. Ms. Frazier graduated from Valparaiso University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in business finance. She received her J.D. and MHA from Indiana University in 2001 and maintains membership in the following organizations: Marion County Bar Association; Indiana State Bar Association; Indianapolis Bar Association; American College of Health Care Executives; American Health Lawyers Association; and the National Bar Association. She also serves as an advisory board member of the Master of Health Administration Alumni Board at Indiana University-Indianapolis Campus.
